The technological process of high quality performance is ensured by a complete line for the production of insulating glass and by the set of equipment for processing glass.

Features

Stages of the Olin technological process:

  • unloading and storing glass;
  • cutting and breaking (in the case of lowE glass: grinding);
  • bending or cutting the wand (simple or ornamental);
  • filling the sticks with absorbent material Phonosorb 558;
  • first sealing with butyl;
  • washing the glass;
  • assembling the 2 or 3 bottles on the wand frame;
  • 2nd sealing with two-component polysulphide or two-component polyurethane;
  • storage pending delivery
  • delivery.
