The production lines are made up of:
Line 1:
HEGLA warehouse, with automatic portal type loader, with a capacity of approx. 50,000 square meters of glass. Glass cutting line composed of monolithic glass cutting table - HEGLA, monolithic and laminated glass combi cutting table INTERMAC.
Automatic washing-assembly-sealing line (with the possibility to assemble glass units with a height of 3,200mm, with inert gas introduction - argon, krypton - automatically during the pressing process and equipped with a robot for secondary sealing) – BYSTRONIC.
Line 2:
MOVETRO compact warehouse, with a capacity of approx. 50,000 square meters of glass.
Monolithic glass cutting table - INTERMAC, cutting table for laminated glass - INTERMAC. Automatic washing-assembling-sealing line (with the possibility to assemble glass units with a height of 2700mm, with the introduction of inert gas - argon, krypton - automatically during the pressing process and equipped with a robot for secondary sealing) - BYSTRONIC.
The tools for processing glass are:
- Security line, SouthTech - 3210 x 6000 mm, double convection;
- Heat Soak Test oven, Torgauer - 3210 x 6000 mm;
- Line for bilateral grinding, Golive - 3000 x 5000 mm;
- Horizontal washing line, Triulzi - 3000 x 5000 mm;
- CNC vertical Vertmax, Intermac - 3210 x 6000 mm;
- Vertical washing line, Lattuada - 3210 x 6000 mm;
- Enameling line, with roller coater, Cefla - 2500 x 4000 mm;
- Horizontal CNC Master 45, Intermac - 2500 x 4500 mm;
- RCN glass lamination oven with EVA foil up to max dimensions of 2400 x 4900 mm;
- 2 Lines for glass edge processing - Adelio Lattuada;
- Beveling line - Adelio Lattuada;
- Semi-automatic vertical drilling machine - Sulak;
- Line for glass blasting - MHG;
- Furnace for glass fusion - Bohle;
- Installation for recycling the water used in glass processing - Turrini.
The entire production process is organized in such a way as to comply with the European Norms in the field, the product "OLIN insulating glass" being tested and certified according to EN 12579 by TNO Quality Services BV - Netherlands, Product Quality Certification Body, CEKAL France , ISO.
All these machines ensure high productivity, at a high quality level.
