These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the legal relations between OLIN SRL, with registered office in Brasov, str. Brazilor no. 55, Brasov county, registered at the Brasov Trade Register under no. J 08/242/2002, CIF RO 14496592, as the Seller and its clients, legal entities and/or natural persons (the Buyer). The General Terms and Conditions of the Buyer, which are contradictory to these General Conditions of Sale, will be applicable only if OLIN SRL has confirmed them in writing.
