Production line
The high qualitaty performance glass processing cycle, is constantly warranted and continuously provided for, by one complete high performance production line and all the other glass processing machinery and equipment we exploit in our factory.
The main production line starts with a – HEGLA glass store of 100.000 sqm. glass storring capacity and is continued with the – HEGLA glass cutting line, having a Portal type loading sistem, – HEGLA laminated glass cutting table, – BYSTRONIC automatical washing-assembling-sealing line ( having the possibility of assembling glass units 3200 mm high, with automatic introduction of inert gas – argon, during the pressing process and making use of a robot, for secondary sealing).
The entire production process is organised to comply the European Standards in this domain, the product „ OLIN insulating glazing” being tested and certified conform to EN 12579 by the products quality international certifying body TNO Quality Services BV – Olanda.
The equipment for glass machining consist of: -Intermac, glass procesing computerised numerically controlled machine (CNC), - Adelio Lattuada, line for glass edging,-Schiatti Angelo, semiautomatic drilling machine, - MHG, glass blasting line, - Bohle, glass fusion kiln.
All these machines are providing high productivity, ensuring at the same time an outstanding quality level.
