Stages of Olin manufacturing process

  1. Glass unloading and storing
  2. Cutting and breaking (in case of lowE glass: polishing)
  3. Cutting of the spacers (simple or ornamental)
  4. Filling of  spacers with absorbant sieve Phonosorb 558 and manufacturing of frames.
  5. Assembling of the aluminium frames.
  6. Primary butyl sealing.
  7. Washing.
  8. Assembling of the two glass panes on a spacer frame.
  9. Secondary sealing with the help of dual polysulphyde or dual polyurethan.
  10. Storing for delivery
  11. Delivery
